How to apply.
Five steps from choosing a program to your first day of class.
Who can apply
Both the Journalism and Cosmetology tracks are open to anyone ready to learn the craft hands-on — no prior media or skincare background is required for the Certificate track. The Diploma track builds on that foundation, so it's best suited to applicants who've completed the Certificate or have equivalent experience.
The process

Choose your program and track
Decide between Journalism and Cosmetology, then between the Certificate or Diploma track. The full curriculum and fees for each are on the Courses page.

Complete the application form
Reach out by phone or email and we'll send the form, or fill it out in person at our Guzape office. It covers your contact details, prior education, and program choice.

Submit your documents
Bring or send the documents listed below along with your completed form.

Pay the program fee
Once your application is reviewed, you'll pay the Certificate or Diploma fee for your chosen track to secure your place in the next intake.

Attend orientation and begin classes
We'll confirm your start date and orientation session, where you'll meet your instructors and get your class schedule.
Documents to bring
- A valid means of identification (national ID, driver's licence, or international passport)
- Passport photographs
- Copies of your highest academic qualification
- A completed application form
